Does it cost more to build a custom home versus purchasing real sale?
In most cases No. Building a custom home you do see the different costs involved to complete the home which makes you think that. However, when purchasing a resale home it has all those items included in the total price. Please contact us to learn more about the costs involved.
What is your price per square foot?
This is a typical question people ask. However, it is not an easy answer. The price per square foot depends on the design of the home. The more square or shaped like a box, the less to construct, the more broken up the walls are the more it is to construct.
